Reseller Information

Although we do not have any official resellers or distributors, we regularly work with them.

We do not provide any official quotes as our prices in currencies other than GB£ are reviewed each month and may change. The latest prices for licences may be obtained using our payment form. Licensing is on a per-user basis. Here is a link to the licence, but you may find the Licence FAQ more useful.

There are no trade prices or other discounts available, and our prices do not include any form of reclaimable sales tax or VAT, as we primarily sell to businesses.

We do not accept purchase orders and only take online payments through our website. You can either use a Card or PayPal account to pay, and we accept payments in several major currencies.

Following your payment, a login is provided to allow download over the Internet as we do not ship physical copies of our products.

We ask that you email us the name and contact email address of the customer so we can associate the licence with them.

Our Pro and CI licences are "perpetual", but we only support the latest version. Our licence prices include a subscription to a year of free updates. After that there is an annual subscription fee for further updates. Please read the Terms and conditions for further details.

Renewal reminders, can either be emailed to yourselves, direct to the customer, or both, and include a link to allow you to pay. You can also view the account details, update email addresses, and pay for renewals by logging into the Subscriptions Area using the customer's login details.

We do not provide any paid support or training services as the product is simple to use. But we investigate all potential bugs, and provide How-To help where we can through our Contact Form.

Important Information

There are three points that we tend to have to repeat to resellers with every engagement, and which cause issues when ignored or misunderstood:

We do not provide quotes
We do not accept Purchase Orders
Our licences are "perpetual", but there is an annual subscription for updates

As it costs us money to keep on repeating the above, and sorting out any resulting misunderstandings, we may uplift our prices based on the additional support time required.
